Warm Vanilla Balsamic Strawberry Kabobs

Serves four

Skewers
16 strawberries        
1 large wedge goat cheese

Vanilla Balsamic Syrup
1 cup balsamic vinegar
1 vanilla bean, scraped
2 tablespoons honey

Combine all balsamic syrup ingredients in a large saucepot and reduce to a syrupy consistency. Add strawberries and warm through, tossing to coat. Skewer the strawberries, four to each skewer, and serve alongside the goat’s cheese.
