The outside seems a bit stark, but the inside is lovely.  The food is exceptional, moderately priced and very ample in portions.  Our party, having been there several times, are hung up on the fish and chips, but there are so many other entrees to choose from it is amazing.  I have recommended this restaurant to many people, it is worth the trip!
