Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

40 medium fresh mushrooms, stemmed, washed and dried
2 small shallots, finely chopped and sauteed in 1 tablespoon butter
3/4 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Old Bay seasoning to taste
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 pound fresh crabmeat

Preheat oven to 350. Bake mushroom caps on cookie sheet for 10 minutes. Cool slightly. Combine mayonnaise, cheese, Old Bay, lemon juice and shallots. Fold the crabmeat into the mayonnaise mixture. Gently fill the mushroom caps with the crab mixture. Arrange on a cookie sheet, sprinkle with Old Bay and bake for approximately 15 minutes.
