1 box Duncan Hines butter cake mix
1 (11-ounce) can mandarin oranges
4 eggs
1/2 cup oil
Frosting:
1 (15-ounce) can crushed pineapple
1 (3 3/4-ounce) packag vanilla instant pudding
1 (8-ounce) container of Cool Whip
Beat together eggs and oranges (use juice). Add cake mix and oil; beat according to directions on box. Bake in 3 layers at 325 degrees for 25 minutes, or until cake tests done. To make frosting, mix pineapple with package of pudding. Fold in Cool Whip. Frost between layers and outside of cooled cake.
