Sherry Cake

Serves 12

1 package yellow cake mix
1 small package instant vanilla pudding mix
4 eggs
3/4 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup cream sherry
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon

Mix the cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and sherry at medium speed for 8 minutes. In another bowl, mix chopped pecans, sugar, and cinnamon. Oil a tube or bundt panÑdo not flour! Place half of nut mixture in bottom of pan. Mix other half of nut mixture into batter. Pour into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes. Let cool.
